Day 1 (7hrs)

• removed skin off the posterior neck
• exposed orbicularis oculi (orbital and palpebral parts)
• exposed most oral group muscles
• removed skin off the forehead (exposed occipitofrontalis)
• exposed facial vein/artery (adjacent to nose)
• removed skin off the anterior neck (exposed platysma)

Day 2 (7hrs)

• exposed nasal group muscles
• exposed temporalis
• cleaned superficial temporal artery
• cleaned all muscles of facial expression
• reflected platysma and cleaned anterior neck vessels
• exposed all major salivary glands
• exposed/cleaned course of the facial artery
• removed buccal fat pads
• cleaned posterior neck (over SCM)

Day 3 (7hrs)

• removed all remaining skin off the neck and posterior scalp (and cleaned)
• further cleaned the course of the facial artery and vein
